The service is principally directed towards persons younger than 65 year. However, older persons may also be considered. The contracting authority contributes to 1.3 full-time equivalent. The Allocation office in Fredrikstad municipality is allocating the places for new users. Prior to allocating a place for a new user, the user must visit the facility to see if he/she feels comfortable and fits in, and to find out if it must be facilitated for the user. Any decisions will be made after this visit. The municipal kitchen service delivers dinner and dry goods to the facility. The municipality uses its own bus for transporting users to and from the facility.
