Description
Establishment of a heat plant at Tertnes sixth form college and delivery of energy in the form of circulating hot water in the contract period. The procurement is for the delivery of energy in the form of heating from circulating hot water for heating Tertnes sixth form college belonging to Hordaland County and for Åstveit School and Åstveit Hall belonging to Bergen municipality. The tenderer will be responsible for establishing and operating the heat plant. A contract will be signed with one tenderer for this procurement. The tenderer who is awarded the contract will be responsible for the installation and operation of the plant for 20 years. After the contract has expired the Contracting Authority shall take over the plant free of charge.
