Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the design, supply, installation, commissioning, certification and handover of a CCTV Control Room system at Lagan Valley Island (LVI), including integration of identified Council sites and integration with Official Partner Control Rooms and their systems. The existing CCTV Control Room infrastructure is obsolete, unsupported and non-compliant with current legislative and cybersecurity requirements and must be replaced with a modern, standards-compliant Video Surveillance System (VSS).
