Direct Award to Arcadis in partnership with Moxon Architects via the Consultancy Scape framework for Infrastructure with Triskelion. This method was used during the previous design stage for the bridge because the scope of design works requires bridge design, civil engineering flatwork / streetscape design and architectural services. Several consultancies need to work closely together to combine these focusses; the Triskelion framework allows collaboration with the Council to determine the scope of the agreement that combines these disciplines under the management of one consultant contract.
