— WAN: Lease and operation of broadband capacity to all locations in Hedmark ICT's network. o With the exception of the locations covered by owner-occupied fibre. This occurs to a large degree in Kongsvinger kommune, and to a smaller degree in the other municipalities. o To some extent, there may still be the establishment of owner-occupied fibre in local government, where the individual municipality finds it appropriate, although this is not the main strategy. — Internet accesses: Lease and operation of two internet accesses to our server room in Hamar (Ottestad at Hamar), including official IP addresses and ISP services. o The current capacity on both of these is 1 Gbps (we expect an increase in the capacity need throughout the entire agreement period). — WAN: Lease and operation of broadband capacity to all locations in Hedmark ICT's network. o With the exception of the locations covered by owner-occupied fibre.
