Voluntary ex ante transparency notice-Prolongation of contract for WAN lines with TietoEvry

Description

The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service intends to enter into/prolong the agreement with TietoEvry regarding a continued supply of Wan lines. The agreement period is from 1.7.2023 to 30.6.2024. Lot 1: The Directorate of Correctional Service (KDI) has been working on implementing a new network system for all, approx. 100 units in the Correctional Service. This reorganisation results in fewer lines to each unit and an alteration in the termination thereof. This work is expected to continue throughout 2022 and into 2023. The correctional service currrently has limited access to ICT resources as a result of changes in the labour market. The correctional service is also evolving and changing regarding ICT, which has meant that mapping the new objective has taken longer than first assumed and that resources have become scarcer as time has passed. KDI therefore wants to extend the agreement from 01.07.2023 until and including 30.06.2024. Cf. the PPR § 28-1 (1) letter d), The estimated contract value: NOK 5 million, excluding VAT. KDI requests that those who have objections to this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice present feedback to KDI via the communication module in the EU-Supply system before the waiting period expires, which is set to 10 calendar days calculated from the day after the publication of this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice. If no objections are received, a contract will be signed after the waiting period has expired.
