The Irish Institute of Pharmacy wishes to procure a Provider to develop an on-line training course on “Delivery of Pharmacy Services in Residential Care”

Description

The Irish Institute of Pharmacy (IIOP) wishes to procure a Provider to: • develop an on-line training course on “The Delivery of Pharmacy Services in Residential Care” for the pharmacy profession in Ireland. The course to contain approximately 8-12 hours of content and being in a format suitable to be delivered on the IIOP’s Moodle platform. The course should be engaging and interactive. • submit the aforementioned course for accreditation in accordance with the IIOP’s accreditation process and accreditation timelines and in accordance with the PSI’s Interim Accreditation Standards (see www.thepsi.ie); • at no additional cost to implement any recommendations/conditions identified during the accreditation process before the go-live date as specified • manage the quality of course content across the duration of the contract, including the management of any risks identified in relation to patient safety or the quality of course content; • respond to any queries, regarding the course delivery and content, which are raised by course participants, either directly or through the IIOP within a reasonable time. • review and update the course for each subsequent year in accordance with any relevant updates such as guideline or practice changes, or statutory requirements.
