Nordland County is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for broadband development with public subsidies. The system covers development for the municipalities that the county has committed to support in 2022. New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the system. Participation in the DPS does not involve any delivery obligation. Each tenderer must, on an independent basis, consider whether the published assignments are suitable as regards capacity, competence, time, place and size. However it is a prerequisite that tenderers are included in this scheme in order to submit a tender. The criteria for the choice of tender for each assignment will be need-based. The estimated value of this DPS is NOK 49.26 million. The county is not, however, bound to a specific volume or amount, it will cover its actual need.
