ECMWF as the European Commission’s entrusted Entity for operating Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders for the planning and conduction of targeted user uptake activities and for the management and analysis of user requirements resulting from these activities as well as from other sources. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 24 month, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in June 2026.
