Description

The Trust is seeking a service provider to support its online shop. This includes managing retail stock on behalf of the Trust and despatching goods to customers in line with the service specification. Lot 1: The Trust is seeking a service provider to support its online shop. Key aspects of the service are: - Receipt of stock from 3rd party suppliers - Integration with ecommerce platforms - Real time stock level reporting - Secure storage of goods including foodstuffs - Handling multi-product orders and pack deals/bundles - Packing of orders to ensure safe and secure delivery - National and international shipping of orders to customers - Order tracking through to delivery and provision for a ‘Proof of Delivery’. - Provision for a replacement delivery and uplift service. (returns) - Management of returns going back into stock or for safe disposal.
