Description
Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be conducting a tender exercise to procure a Cyclical Decoration Works, Decorating Materials, and Vouchers Framework to replace our existing Framework which will expire in May 2027. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for decorating materials on a delivery and counter collection basis, non-cash based voucher or card schemes and interior and exterior cyclical decoration work for properties. The current Framework is split into the work stream lots described below, and it is likely the new framework we are looking to procure will be split into lots too. • Lot 1 - Delivery and Counter Collection • Lot 2 - Cyclical Interior and Exterior Decoration • Lot 3 - Tenant Options Voucher Scheme
