Aarhus University puts out to tender the collaborative creation of a Digital Escape Room Module which will be used for teaching Entrepreneurship concepts to relevant institutions at Aarhus University and partner institutions. The module will be developed by a provider in close collaboration with Aarhus University. Online learning is a challenge — especially when it concerns learning through real-life-like interaction with peers. This is especially relevant in the Covid-19 situation where a lot of teaching has been moved online. While some subjects lend themselves to online format more easily than others, entrepreneurship education which has a high level of hands-on learning and interactivity demands with both internal and external peers and stakeholders. To solve this problem, we are looking for solutions that can provide engagement, challenge, and high level of interactivity in a digital space without compromising the learning goals and theoretical concepts. We envisage a system with a series of gamified educational modules for teaching different concepts in entrepreneurship education. This current project, however, involves the creation a proof-of concept for a digital escape room module to teach an entrepreneurship concept. The module will be developed by a provider in close collaboration with Aarhus University.
