Together Housing Association Empty Homes Service Provision - AWARD

Together Housing are looking to create a framework of contractors who can provide the Empty Homes service in conjunction with Together Housing's Direct Labour provision. Our employees work over all geographic areas and we are supported by Contractors to ensure smooth service delivery and ensures we can accommodate all requests and rising in demand. The Empty Homes service is customer demand led and is subject to property terminations. Together Housing cannot offer a minimum number of properties or value of work, and priority to sustain our employees will be given. Together Housing is looking to Contract this framework for the maximum period of 4 years. Contractors are invited to complete the Selection Questionnaire by 12:00 Monday 01st July 2024 A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 successful contractors in each lot will be shortlisted per lot subsection and issued with an Invitation to Tender to go live approximately 26th August 2024 subject to the volume of interest received. Full details of the tender process and programme are below. All questions and clarifications are to be directed via the THA Procurement Portal only and will not be answered outside thereof.
