Description

Purchase and installation of suction and dust treatment plant. The contracting authority has previously signed a contract with Steco Miljø AS for delivery of a sorting system for residual waste, cf. notice of contract award with Doffin ID: 2020-338120, dated 7 October 2020 and TED reference: 2020/S 197-478389. Retrospectively, on the basis of the scope of the sorting plant and based on consideration of, among other things, working environment and external environment it was found necessary to procure a more comprehensive suction and dust plant than was originally thought. RIR therefore intends to make an additional order with Steco Miljø AS for a complete dust filter with capacity of 35 000 m3/hour. The delivery includes delivery, assembly, commissioning, training and technical documentation. The dust filter will provide suction from approx. 13 dust extraction points from among other things feed piles, grinder, magnet, star sieve, eddy-current, air separator and mass storage in the sorting plant, and will among other things consist of: High performance bag filter type RSV 280-114, radial fan in the filter head, filter control, extinguishing unit, tipping container, exhaust system, control cabinet, RSO system and complete ATEX equipment. An eventual contract concerning the additional order also has an option for a service contract. The complete system has a 24-month warranty, or 6 000 hours.
