This commission covers the development of a Strategic Bus corridor on Pollokshaws Road / Kilmarnock Road including project management, feasibility and option appraisal, stakeholder and public engagement, a range of technical surveys ,business Case and preliminary design Lot 1: This commission covers the development of a Strategic Bus corridor on Pollokshaws Road / Kilmarnock Road including project management, feasibility and option appraisal, stakeholder and public engagement, a range of technical surveys ,business Case and preliminary design. 250,000 GBP has been secured for 2025/26. The release of a remaining 600,864 GBP is subject to Transport Scotland approving a funding bid through the 2026/27 Scottish Budget. A break clause is included, allowing the work to pause if required until this second phase of funding is confirmed.
