Description

Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) by way of a Request for Information (RFI) to better understand market capability, maturity, and readiness related to the development and deployment of an automated Crossing Restoration Machine (CRM). Suppliers are invited to provide non‑binding information in response to the attached PME documentation. The purpose of this engagement is to inform Network Rail’s understanding of potential technical solutions, delivery approaches, and feasibility and does not constitute a call for competition, a commitment to procure, or any form of supplier selection. Participation or non‑participation in this PME will not prejudice suppliers in any future procurement process. Any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
