NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is publishing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) ahead of a Competitive Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Authority aims to provide a single service (SkinHub, image capture spoke sites and Central Virtual Triage) to deliver a pre-secondary care referral teledermatology pathway, delivered closer to patients' homes, whilst maintaining effective triage of teledermoscopy images taken on USC pathways in LSC Trusts. Lot 1: NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) are issuing this PIN on behalf NHS LSC ICB. This Prior Information Notice is for information only following the Market Engagement adverts published on 18th February 2026 and 15th May 2026. This notification is provided to enable interested parties to plan for a PSR competitive process as The Relevant Authority is aiming to publish the tendering opportunity on 27th July 2026 via the E-Tendering Portal SAP Ariba. The total contract value over the 3 years plus the potential 2-year extension will be a maximum total contract value calculated as £13,400,00.00. The indicative Service Commencement date is 1st April 2027. The ICB is intending to award one contract for this requirement. While this contract will be awarded strictly to a single legal entity, this does not exclude collaborative delivery, consortia bids, or subcontracting arrangements
