Description

Working collaboratively, PfH and Building Better are seeking to implement a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for MMC Category 2 construction systems. The intent is that the DPS will further support the shift in positioning Modern Methods of Construction as a mainstream solution for the development of new homes. In doing so we hope to push the boundaries of design standards with innovative, future-proofed solutions that achieve the highest environmental and sustainability standards. Further details are contained within the associated project documents, which will be available to download once an expression of interest has been lodged. Lot 1: Abri has acquired the site Sherecroft Farm in Botley, Hampshire and has gained planning for the construction of 115 new dwellings. Abri Build, the in-house construction arm of Abri Group Limited will be developing the site. Phase 1 of the project will construct 49 homes using traditional construction methods. Phase 2 will see 66 units will be constructed using a CAT 2 MMC system procured through this tender.
