Description
Rooftop Housing Group have awarded a contract to Voicescape Limited to provide an automated outbound, multi-channel collections engagement solution that enables proactive contact with customers requiring support or intervention, and their Caseload Manager solution which utilises AI and machine learning to predict customer behaviours and automatically identifies/creates cases for review by Income Officers. This contract was procured as a direct award via G-Cloud 14's Lot 2 framework. Justification for a direct award recorded and validated. Contract period is from 19 July 2026 to 18 July 2026 with the option to extend by 12 months. Contract value is estimated at £343,579.20 (inc VAT). This value includes the optional extension value.
