Stavanger Municipality would like to procure a modern and uniform payment system for patients at Stavanger Emergency Doctor Surgery. Lot 1: The system must include: 1) Integration with the patient journal system 'CGM legevakt'. 2) Modern payment options. Options/system for payment with, as a minimum, cash, card, and invoice, and possibly via smartphones. 3) Hire of payment terminals 4) Collection of deductible for services and materials for patients. Collecton on site and collection after the visit. Collection for the entire amount up to and including debt collection. 5) Follow-up of patients who have questions/complaints about invoices/settlements. 6) Accounting information for further processing at the emergency doctor surgery/accounts department.
