Out of Hours Service

Wandle Housing Association has completed a direct award via the Pagabo Total Facilities Management Framework, Lot 3- Facilities Management Services up to £1m annual Call Off Contract Value. The contract is for the provision of an Out of Hours (OOH) call handling service to ensure residents receive timely and effective support for emergency housing repairs outside of standard working hours. Additional information: Wandle Housing Association has completed a direct award via the Pagabo Total Facilities Management Framework, Lot 3- Facilities Management Services up to £1m annual Call Off Contract Value. This contract is for 12 months with four consecutive 12 months extension options available. This makes the total maximum term of 60 months with no further option to extend.
