Award of contract - assistance, data factory

The department for Digital Strategy and Coordination in the Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) needs a consultant who can manage product and business development for the Data Factory. The assistance has an upper limit of NOK 2,525,000 excluding VAT including an option for 5 months. The position is up to 100% in the period 1 February 2022 - 1 July 2022 (5 months). The workplace is flexible, but the consultant will be required to be present at Digdir's premises in Oslo. Requirements for the tender: - Fulfilment of the competence requirements described in point 1.1 in the attached SSA-B Simple - Response, cf. the award criteria in the 'form on experience and competence'. Completed form per consultant, as well as a CV with relevant references. - Responses under the tab 'Requirements' - A censored version of the tender If we found it appropriate, we will invite 3 of the tenderers that best fulfil the award criteria to a digital interview. Lot 1: The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) needs a consultant who can manage product and business development for the Data Factory. The consultant's main assignments: - Manage the development of a service and product portfolio for the Data Factory. Thereby contributing to the Data Factory having attractive services and an attractive customer portal. - Identify and prioritise user needs in the value chain for sharing and use of data. - Take the initiative to develop products and services based on identified needs and current strategies. - Contribute to the development of the system of agreements and pricing models. - Develop strategy and market plans for the product portfolio. - Plan and carry out various campaigns. - Test and evaluate relevant products. The assistance has an upper limit of NOK 2,520,000 excluding VAT including an option for 5 months (1 August - 31 December 2022). The position is up to 100% in the period 7 February - 7 July 2022 (5 months). The workplace is flexible, but the consultant will be required to be present at Digdir's premises in Oslo. Capgemini Invent offers a complementary team consisting of two consultants: - Tore Haadem Titland (80 % -up to100 % - in the contract period) - Christian Haune (20 % position in the contract period).
