Executive Summary This paper details the scope required for the review, the specific key deliverables and areas of focus that will assist in supporting the University's 2030 Vison which our catering service needs to complement. We are looking to deliver a step change in our catering strategy this will be supported through a review and consolidation of our current catering facilities (21). With student needs and satisfaction at the heart of our ambition creating an environment and brand based on market intelligence associated to the Higher Education and High Street retail brand post pandemic. It will acknowledge our international reach and diverse student and staff base, which will increase as we deliver against our Vison 2030. A catering and beverage strategy needs to be developed that reflects creativity and innovation that is the cornerstone of the University's catering offer, distinctive environments that draw both our students and staff in, underpinning the purpose to use our facilities and become loyal repeat customers. Our catering and beverage offer must reflect the values of the University, with innovation, quality and diversity at the centre whilst continuing to ensure value for money and nutrition are also delivered.
