Kinlough Community Development Company Ltd. is seeking to engage a multi-disciplinary team to produce this Strategic Framework Plan which will guide the development of Kinlough and Environ’s over the next 8 years in the context of it as a regional commercial growth centre and as a destination centre for digital relocation within a context of a sustainable green economy. The team should comprise a mix of skill sets in spatial, smart / digital transformation, economic development, social expertise, as well as having focus on the climate change agenda. The Strategic Framework Plan must be built on key, smart and green principles.
