The project will include residential accommodation as well as office and ancillary areas for support staff as well as communal outdoor areas.The building faces North Penrallt to the South and Ffordd Pafiliwn to the East and is a former government office building. We believe the building is a load-bearing masonry, concrete and steel construction. Date of construction is not known; however, we believe it to be around 50 years old. The property is comprised of a lower ground floor/basement level, ground floor, first, second and third floor.There is a car park to the rear of the building and the basement to the north of the building contains an electrical substation.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
