CCTV and Security Systems Service and Maintenance - Mansfield District Council

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC), The successful contractor will be required to provide CCTV and Security Systems Service and Maintenance work which includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and the day-to-day service and repair of all CCTV and associated security systems (hardware and software) relating to the following (but not limited to) - • All control, recording, audio, and display equipment within the Council's Civic Centre CCTV control room. • All transmission hardware and software that comprises the MDC CCTV and security systems network1 . • All CCTV cameras, recording equipment, transmission network equipment, audio systems and other associated equipment that forms part of the MDC public-space CCTV scheme. • All cameras that form part of the MDC Civic Centre offices CCTV system. • All cameras that form part of the CCTV systems at MDC's multistorey car parks at Four Seasons shopping centre and Walkden Street. • All CCTV cameras, recording equipment, transmission network equipment and other associated equipment that forms part of the Amber Valley Borough Council publicspace CCTV scheme (MDC customer). • All cameras and associated equipment that form part of the MDC's 3rd party monitoring customer base - including East Midlands Trains, Nottinghamshire County Council, and others. • All MDC redeployable cameras and associated equipment (not incl. 4G data packages). The Contractor should note that the above summary of systems is not exhaustive and will change throughout the duration of the contract.
