Description

Bymiljøetaten i Oslo kommune [the Agency for Urban Environment in Oslo municipality] plans to sign an additional contract with NCC Norge AS for extension of the original contract for the disposal of snow that is removed from streets and roads in Oslo. The new contract will be extended for one year in the period 1.4.2019 - 31.3.2020. The additional contract for extension will be signed pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations FOA [PPR] § 28-1 (1) d) about changes that are necessary due to circumstances that an attentive contracting authority could not foresee.
