ICT offer for a framework agreement for the purchase of ICT equipment to Hå kommune [Hå Municipality]

Description

Hå kommune [Hå Municipality] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the delivery of ICT equipment with consultancy services and other equipment. (Scope and further specification below.) The contract will also apply for municipal companies to the degree the contracting authority finds appropriate. The contracting authority will select a supplier but retains the right to select multiple suppliers. If any of the options cannot be provided by the tenderer, these can be acquired from other tenderers or acquired on separate tenders. As such, the contract is a non-exclusive contract. The contracting authority does not want to divide the contract further beyond this. General information about the contracting authority can be found at www.ha.no Lot 1: Hå Municipality plans to procure Servers/PCs/Client equipment and other IT related equipment for around NOK 7 million per year. The annual volume is only a guide and will not entail any obligation for the contracting authority or rights for the chosen supplier. The contract includes, but is not limited to, ‘Servers/PCs/Client equipment’. This means the following is included: mobile telephones, network equipment, routers, switches, converters and servers (VMware/MS Windows), fire walls and software, data storage systems, printers, multi-function equipment, monitors, peripheral units/equipment, wifi equipment with the associated controllers and licenses, radio-relay equipment, MS Windows PC and terminals, Chromebook, network cables, AV equipment such as projectors etc. and cables and equipment including all additional equipment and associated licenses. Hå Municipality has a separate framework agreement for license purchase and administration/management. This contract does not overlap with the license-contract.
