Description

Notification of award of the following: Financial and regulatory auditing services. The following audit services are covered by this requirement: — audit of the consolidated financial statements of both the Group and Kemble Water Finance Ltd, currently prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), — audit of the subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), — audit of subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 101 “Reduced Disclosure Framework” (FRS 101), — audit of subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (FRS 102), — audit of specified subsidiary financial statements, prepared in accordance with local reporting requirements, — audit of specified subsidiary non-statutory financial statements, — audit and assurance procedures over the annual performance report of Thames Water Utilities Ltd as required by Ofwat, and — covenant compliance. And review procedures for interim financial statements for certain group companies
