Provision of cafe/bar services at Potterne Park

Dorset Council are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and innovative providers for the provision of cafe/bar services at Potterne Park, Verwood, Dorset. The current provision is delivered in-house and the Council is looking to outsource this to a suitable provider who can grow the service offering under a Concession Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with us in creating a vibrant and welcoming space for our community. Scope of Services: The successful provider will be responsible for: • Offering a diverse menu of high-quality food and beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, and light meals. • Creating a unique and inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience. • Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
