SVQ Training

Description

Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP) provides Care at Home Services across the Renfrewshire Council area. Staff working in this area must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). This Contract seeks to appoint a training provider who will deliver the appropriate Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) training courses to meet registration requirements as and when required by the Council, primarily: - SCQF Level 6 Social Services & Healthcare; - SCQF Level 7 Social Services & Healthcare; - SCQF Level 9 Social Services & Healthcare; - SCQF Level 10 Care Services Leadership & Management. The training provider will have to be able to deliver the training and this MUST BE within the Renfrewshire Council area; there may be scope for some elements to be delivered online but it is anticipated that the primary method for delivery will be face to face. As The Education (Scotland) Act 2025 has established a new qualifications body, Qualifications Scotland which replaces Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), any reference to SQA within this notice refers to both organisations until transition is concluded.
