Purchase of Road Velocity Patching Vehicle

Clare County Council intends to purchase new or nearly new plant for use with its existing vehicle fleet. The plant it is intended to purchase is: Option 1 • 1 No. Road Velocity Patching Vehicle Option 2 • 2 No. Road Velocity Patching Vehicle and Trade In existing 99 Rosco velocity patching unit on a 99CE Mercedes 18 tonne lorry. Clare County Council are looking at two different options of size velocity patching units and are requesting for tenders to price for both options. (a) Velocity Patching Vehicle unit with G.V.W. 18 tonne. (b) Velocity Patching Vehicle unit with G.V.W. 26 tonne. Optional extras that are being requested to be priced for: 1. Self loading crane with clamshell. 2. Sweeper, suction & compaction roller for preventive maintenance.
