Description

Expressions of Interest are sought from Suitably Qualified Contractors for the refurbishment of existing buildings for the provision of International Protection Accommodation on a site in Dublin Region. The proposed works will include the adaption and refurbishment of two buildings to provide accommodation for International Protection Applicants. The works will include the removal of asbestos, minor internal demolition works, internal reconfiguration of rooms, building fabric upgrades, roof repairs and thermal upgrades, new mechanical and electrical service installations.
