The project is an enabling works package to refurbish the North-East Wing and the adjacent Gym Block / Social Hall at St. Joseph’s Hospital which are both Protected Structures (RPS 3363). This represents the first phase of works to stabilise the building and prepare it for future fit-out, creating modern, fit-for- purpose administrative and clinical accommodation for multiple HSE mental health teams
