Description

The AMRC requires delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a system to provide high pressure CO2 and MQL coolant to an existing machine, with the outcome of reducing tool wear and/or allowing for more aggressive/faster cuts. The system should be externally connected and should be supplied with its own base. The Cooling System shall be fitted onto a Cincinnati H5-800MT Geminex 5-Axis which is currently undergoing an upgrade at the AMRC’s nominated supplier, Machine Tool Technologies Limited (MTT) –at the nominated suppliers premises, and; post testing, acceptance, decommissioning, re-commissioning at Purchasers premises at Catcliffe Rotherham.
