Procurement - service provision contracts reserved for non-profit actors for Hovseterhjemmet and Paulus nursing home

Description

The contracting authority would like to procure service provision contracts for Hovseterhjemmet and Paulus nursing homes respectively. Provision of 24 hour places in long term homes are to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. In addition, places in day centres must be provided at Hovseterhjemmet. One contract will be signed for each long term home. The procurement is thus divided into two sub-contracts: • Service provision contract for Hovseterhjemmet • Service provision contract for Paulus nursing home The same tenderer may be awarded both sub-contracts. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. Lot 1: Procurement - service provision contract for Hovseterhjemmet. The contracting authority would like to procure a service provision contract for Hovseterhjemmet. Hovseterhjemmet has a total of 163 long term places and 15 places in a day centre. The long term places are divided into 139 ordinary long term places and 24 sheltered long term places. The contract has a duration of 7 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. Lot 2: Procurement - service provision contract for Paulus nursing home. The contracting authority would like to procure a service provision contract for Paulus nursing home. Provision of 24 hour places in long term homes are to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. Paulus nursing home has a total of 92 long term places. The long term places are divided into 80 ordinary long term places and 12 sheltered long term places. The contract has a duration of 6 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16.
