UKRI –5498 TechFirst undergraduate and Spärck AI scholarships: Cohort Management Function (Lot 1), Recruitment Function (Lot 2)

Description

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has awarded a contract for the provision of Cohort Management Services (Lot 1) to support the delivery of its TechFirst Undergraduate and Spärck AI Scholarship programmes. The appointed supplier will deliver an end-to-end cohort management service, including the administration and ongoing management of scholarship cohorts from onboarding through to graduation and transition into the alumni network. The service includes the operation of a student engagement platform, provision of student support, coordination of work placements and skills academies, delivery of skills development activities, organisation of programme events, safeguarding and wellbeing support, and management of relationships with students, employers and other programme stakeholders. The supplier will also be responsible for supporting programme governance, performance reporting and continuous service delivery in collaboration with UKRI and other delivery partners, contributing to the successful delivery of UKRI's strategic objectives. This Contract Award Notice relates to Lot 1 only.
