Local Transport Plan Consultation Support

Our requirements for this commission are that a high-quality and highly collaborative approach to planning, delivering and analysing the consultation is maintained at all times, while meeting our timescale requirements. This includes working with City of York Council and North Yorkshire Council to understand the model that has been worked up with success so far and adapt practices to suit if needed. We therefore need your quality submission to provide us with detailed information regarding: • How you will programme the workload within the timescale, ensuring that key stakeholders and groups are given the space and time they need to participate • How you will help to carry out an inclusive consultation • How you will ensure responses are representative of the geography and demographics of York and North Yorkshire It is a statutory obligation to consult on the draft Local Transport Plan before it can be adopted. This is a valuable opportunity to seek feedback on the developing plan, and ensure residents, businesses, visitors and all stakeholders have opportunity to shape it. ## Contract award
