Refurnishing of the Offices of Members of the European Parliament in Brussels

Description

The European Parliament concluded a public contract for the operating lease of furniture equipping the offices of its Members and their assistants in Brussels. The objective has been to create a welcoming, representative and collaborative workplace contributing to a modern visual identity of the European Parliament. Operating lease of office furniture for Members of the European Parliament and their assistants (around 3 500 workstations) and some communal areas of buildings in Brussels, including delivery, installation, maintenance and sustainable disposal of the supplied furniture. The leasing contract comprises an extensive Service Level Agreement, additional logistics services related to asset management operations, arrangements for modernisation needs, and a limited possibility for office setup customisation for the users. The operating lease contract is concluded for 10 years (see II.2.11 and II.2.14).
