Framework agreement for tires and tire services for MOVARS fleet of vehicles

Description

MOVAR needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of tires and tire services, etc. for its fleet of vehicles. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's needs for tires, rims and tire services. These needs include i.a.: procurement of new tires, retreading tires for heavy vehicles, delivery of new rims, changing summer and winter tires, storage of tires (tyre hotel), service and repair of tires and rims and emergency / roadside assistance for tires and wheels. The framework agreement period is 4 years from the date of contract signing. MOVAR currently has a fleet of vehicles consisting of approx. 20 light vehicles/cars and 10 different fire-fighting and emergency vehicles. Moreover, in the autumn of 2022, approx. 20-25 heavy waste collection vehicles (both 2- and 3-axle) shall be delivered. The contracting authority's fleet of vehicles may change during the contract period.
