TKAT is centrally managing the SCF capital programme. The proposed capital projects have been divided into 10 Lots, to allow Tenderers to select particular projects they wish to tender for. TKAT continues to identify projects that can be bundled to reduce overall project costs. TKAT has decided where feasible, windows, roofing and boiler works type of projects will be bundled. TKAT seeks to award contracts to project management consultancies to manage the range of capital projects, comprising of ten lots, for the Trusts SCF 2020 and 2021 programme. Phase 1 only forming of 300 metre running track and flood lighting, to existing school playing field. Estimated value of the works is GBP 165 000. Lot 2A: Chichesser High School — 3 smaller flat roofs to be renewed. Using a cold applied liquid membrane or a cold adhesive built up felt. Incl. uprated insulation. Estimated value of the works is GBP 138 000. Lot 2B: Kemnal Technology College — Flat roofing works to Harris Wing. Cold poured or cold adhesive applied built up felt system to be used. Incl. uprated insulation. Estimated value of the works is GBP 150 000. Phase 1 only Window replacement works to 2 storey building used for extended schools/nursery/small group learning. Single elevation to be completed as part of a phased rolling programme. Estimated value of the project works is GBP 100 000 Phase 1 only Water supply and distribution alterations to control legionella risks, including asbestos removal works and removal of wet convector heater in SEAC building. Estimated value of the works GBP 30 000. Relocation of the fire escape route from current location outside the school gates on public land onto the playing field to the rear of the school site. Estimated value of the project works GBP 50 000. Phase 1 6th Form Block extension. Preliminary structural investigations/working up designs/planning application/tendering project — up to and including appointment of contractor and maybe mobilisation to site setup. Estimated value of phase 1 of the project works GBP 100 000. Phase 2 Construction phase of the project with a target completion for occupation of September 2021. Estimated value of phase 2 of the project works GBP 450 000 Toilet block extension, front entrance remodelling and work to extend front car park. Also lagging of heating pipework, minor fencing alteration, hard surface marking and provision of 2 small canopies. Estimated value of the project works GBP 125 000. Refurbishment of science room and data room areas for office expansion and archive area. Estimated value of the project works GBP 55 000. Various, including integrating Nursery by corridor to main school, refurbishment and fire safety works. Estimated value of the project works GBP 67 000. Accessibility works — provision of internal and external ramps. Estimated value of the project works GBP 40 000.
