It is considered to be technically impossible to deliver the service without a site and infrastructure in the area Moan Levanger. Levanger Municipality does not have a site or area for disposition for establishing an energy plant at Moan. Based on the knowledge we have there is no other supplier in the market able to supply thermal energy to Operations and installations, Levanger Fire Station and Moan artificial grass field. The terms to procure thermal energy without a contest are thus considered fulfilled. Nord Energi has a site at Moan and will build a suitable plant for this.
