Dynamic Purchasing System for the procurement of vehicles

Description

The aim of the scheme is to ensure that Innlandet County has access to the vehicles it, at any one time, needs to procure. Lot 1: Innlandet County is in the planning phase of establishing a professional car sharing service via an external car sharing supplier for the vehicles that the county does not own itself. This dynamic purchasing system is therefore mainly meant to cover the need for vehicles with visibility markings, vehicles with various fixed equipment, and vehicles that have a fixed set-up with tools. These will primarily be vehicles within the categories passenger cars, minibuses, and various utility vehicles. The scheme can, however, also be used for the procurement of larger and heavier vehicles if it is deemed to be appropriate. Alternatively, separate procurements will be made for these vehicles independent of this dynamic purchasing system.
