Phase 2: Archaeological Excavation and Basement Works for the National Centre for Research and Remembrance, Seán McDermott Street Lower, Dublin 1 The Phase two works include but are not limited to: - Resolution of the Archaeological Planning Condition in compliance with the approved Method Statement (by DCC City Archaeologist) and granted license by NMS and - Full excavation and construction of the Basement shell and core and piled foundations for the proposed NCRR Archive/Museum and Education buildings to be protected to Grade 2 BS 8102:2022 Project of below ground structures.
