Internal works to include: Creation of new office in place of existing reception area; New lobby to Stairs 2 at First Floor; New glazed screen to first floor balcony; Toilet refurbishment; Replacement of suspended ceilings, floor finishes, blinds throughout; New electrical distribution wiring and lighting throughout; Modificatations to heating system; finishes and decoration throughout. External works include: New site and external building lighting, Repairs and redecoration to external building envelope; and Paving.
