Operation of a general residential and welfare centre

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for the establishment of a contract for general residential and welfare services for persons with compound challenges within drugs and alcohol and ROP diseases, with low abilities to live by themselves and a need for facilitated housing with associated services. The contracting authority will have access to and use 30 places at the centre. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the attachments to the tender documentation. Click https://permalink.mercell.com/186171868.aspx Lot 1: The contract is for a residential and welfare centre for adults over 18 years with drugs and alcohol and ROP diseases, within the ICD-10 diagnosis system. The residents are physically and mentally drained after periods with proactive drug and alcohol abuse, little nutrition, function reduction, and a lack of the ability to take care of themselves. The residents can have challenging behaviour with a need for violence and safety risk assessments. An assessment of consent competence is required. The residents have different functional levels, ages and interests. They may have additional difficulties, such as cognitive or somatic health challenges and behavioural difficulties. Different professional approaches will therefore be required, depending on the users' individual needs, requests, and prerequisites.
