Corporate Booking solution to address challenges faced with fragmented booking processes and systems across the service areas. This will allow Aberdeenshire to streamline operations and improve customer experience, including rationalising systems where multiple solutions exist for similar functions. The Council are looking to understand how suppliers can deliver improved outcomes in relation to corporate booking activities across multiple services, supporting a more standardised, corporate approach, providing a single, efficient and consistent method for managing bookings across multiple services and a range of bookable items. This RFI aims to support this analysis and aid business case development by understanding the delivery models available and the implementation approach such a model would require.
