Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited (BFL) is procuring a framework for General Building Maintenance Services to be delivered across it’s housing portfolio. The scope of works will include a range of responsive and minor planned works typically associated with the maintenance and improvement of residential housing stock. These works may include, but are not limited to: • responsive repairs • void property works and reinstatement • disrepair related works • damp, condensation and mould (DCM) related works • aftercare defect works • enabling and ad-hoc investment works The services will be delivered across multiple geographic regions and may include works undertaken within occupied residential properties, communal areas and external building fabric. Suppliers must demonstrate experience in similar settings and adhere to BFL’s standards for confidentiality, safeguarding, and health and safety.
