Description

Dublin City Council will be facilitating the establishment of a Multi-Party. Framework Agreement with multiple operators for contracts less than 5 000 000 EUR on behalf of itself and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. The Framework will run for 36 months and may at its discretion be extended by a further 12 months. Ten contractors were invited to tender for the Finglas Lanes Improvements Contract. The tender documents indicated that a maximum of eight contractors would be admitted to the Framework Agreement. The following 8 contractors are appointed to the Multi-party Framework Agreement for Roadwork Contracts: 1. Jons Civil Engineering Company Ltd. 2. Coffey Construction (I) Ltd. 3. Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. 4. Cairn Construction 5. KN Network Services (Ire) Ltd. 6. Actavo (Ireland) Ltd. 7. Richard Nolan Civil Engineering Ltd. 8. Siac Bituminous Products Ltd. The Contract for the Finglas Lanes Improvement Contract was awarded to Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. Tender documents for Finglas Lanes Improvements were issued to ten candidates. The tender process performed a dual purpose to (a) award the contract for the Finglas Lanes Improvements and (b) form the Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Roadworks Contracts 2016-2020 (less than 500 000 EUR) The tender documents stipulated that the maximum number of participants in the Multi- Party would be eight. The selection of participants in the Framework and a preferred bidder for Finglas Lane Improvements was based on the criteria in the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ of the Tender documentsand is based on Comparative Cost of the Tenders. (100 %).
