ADR control, maintenance, repairs and modification of mobile fuel tanks (fuel containers) etc.

Description

The tenderer(s) shall enter into an agreement, in accordance with the Framework Agreement, that shall cover the Contracting Authority’s need for ADR and IMDG control/approval and the need that the Contracting Authority is unable to cover by using own resources. The agreement includes maintenance, repair and modification of mobile fuel tanks (tank carriers) and any mobile tanks/carriers as well as other spare parts/consumables/components thereof. Lot 1: The tenderer(s) shall enter into an agreement, in accordance with the Framework Agreement, that shall cover the Contracting Authority’s need for ADR and IMDG control/approval and the need that the Contracting Authority is unable to cover by using own resources. The agreement includes maintenance, repair and modification of mobile fuel tanks (tank carriers) and any mobile tanks/carriers as well as other spare parts/consumables/components thereof. For the entire scope of work / service, a national parallel framework agreement shall be entered into with up to three (3) tenderers, who shall cover the Contracting Authority's needs in Southern Norway, Central Norway and Northern Norway, respectively. The total value of the agreement (for all three lots) is estimated at NOK 20 - 25 000 000 excluding VAT. Divided as follows: Southern Norway: Estimated value NOK 10 000 000 excluding VAT. Central Norway: Estimated value NOK 3 000 000 excluding VAT. Northern Norway: Estimated value NOK 7 000 000 excluding VAT.
